Asked about ice machines and was informed non were working. Breakfast was minimal. An ok stay but will not book again.”

“Our stay was highly disappointing due to poor amenities and a complete lack of management. The property has no staff on site, which made it impossible to address several issues, such as being provided with only a single 1-ounce bottle of body wash for a family of four. The room itself was poorly maintained, featuring cracked flooring, broken tiles, and a damaged bathroom door. Furthermore, the bathroom and shower quarters were extremely cramped. Entertainment was virtually non-existent; the room...

“The room was very spacious for our family of 5. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice and very helpful. We always have great experience with this hotel chain. Would recommend to others!”

“When you spend that kind of money, there should be a free breakfast. The hallway AC on floor 200 did not work at all. The ice machine on my floor 200 did not work. My bathroom shower door did not close all the way so water was everywhere”
